You’re On Mute!!!!

Do people keep saying they can’t hear you on Microsoft Teams? If you are using a headset with a laptop, the Teams app might still be using the built-in laptop Microphone. You can check and amend this by going to Settings > Devices. You can also carry out a test call to check that your audio is clear or preview your webcam.
