Full Documentation– We are yet to take on a client that has a fully documented network! The first thing we will do when you sign up with us is audit your network and produce a comprehensive documentation pack, complete with network diagrams. This allows us to fix any issues fast and provide any advice based on knowledge of your entire system.
Security & Disaster Recovery– We take data security very seriously. Our team are highly experienced in IT security and risk management. We carry out an annual IT Risk Assessment, advising you on suggested controls against any risks identified. You will also receive enterprise grade anti-virus/ malware software.
