Our service portal can be accessed via https://portal.labyrinthit.com. We encourage all users to use the portal to report new Support Incidents and raise other requests.

For New Starters and Leavers requests, you must use the service portal.

Activating your Service Portal Account

  • When your user is created in our helpdesk portal, you will receive a welcome email. Click on the long link to set your password

 

 

  • Enter your email address and desired password

 

 

 

Signing into your Service Portal Account

You can tick the box to ‘Remember me’ providing you are logged into a computer with your own unique user account.

 

Setting up Two Factor Authentication

We strongly recommend that you set up two factor authentication for you account.

 

  • Click on ‘Two Factor Authentication’
  • Click ‘Enable Two-Factor Authentication’
  • Click ‘Add Authenticator App’ and follow the steps on screen to configure
