

Senior Support Engineer
Starting my Technical Career working in a Phone Shop, followed by a Mobile/Tablet Repair Center, the next logical step for me was to progress into the field of IT Support.
I have always had a keen interest in IT and how it can make lives easier. With this in mind, I have always been motivated to increase my technical knowledge with a view of using it to able to help people by providing efficient and effective solutions.
I am a Third Line Engineer and Technical Account Manager.
My role consists of dealing with advanced technical queries and problems, carrying out complex project work and liaising with my clients to help actively guide them through the minefield which is IT.
I am huge fan of Football and attend Reading FC matches where I can.
I am also a big fan of Cue Sports; I actively play English Pool a few times a week at a County-Level standard, so play a few frames against me at your peril!
I am a big fan of relaxing holidays by the pool with a cocktail in hand, so the Canary Islands are always a favourite of mine, however I also enjoy exploring new places too.
The trips I have taken to Rome, Budapest and Germany were personal highlights of mine.
