About Me

What got you involved in IT?

Growing up I always enjoyed playing computer games with my brother. When I finally got my own computer I jumped right in to finding out all that it could do, tinkering and modding, which inspired me to pursue an IT education and career.

What do you do at Labyrinth?

I manage and tinker the ticketing system our customers and engineers use. I aim to use automation and streamlined workflows to allow the engineers to focus on providing their best support.

I also provide specialist support for clients, working with Motorola to help maintain and manage Radio Communications network monitoring tools.

What do you like to do out of work?

Outside of work I like to play a wide variety of video games, from strategy and building games to fighters and shooters. I am also working my way up the colored belts of Jujitsu. Occasionally I do bit of volunteering, such as litter picking or gardening for the community.

Where do you like to go on holiday?

My favorite holiday has been traveling to different cities in Japan with my friends. We have created many fantastic memories there, greatly enjoying the food, culture, and karaoke. I hope to explore more or Asia, looking at Vietnam, Korea, and Malaysia.
